We recognise the increased pressures that the practice has been under for many reasons including practice's "total triaging" system since the outbreak of COVID pandemic. Therefore we are introducing some major changes in the way we run our appointment booking system in order to manage increasing demand for GP services. We hope these changes offer some flexibility with pre-bookable appointments and help to improve how we manage our patient's request for GP appointment.
The surgery uses an emergency out-of-hours service for patients after 18:30 until 08:00 the following morning on weekdays, and from 18:30 on Friday until 08:00 on Monday morning.
Please ring 01462 624000 and you will be diverted to the Out of Hours service.
NHS walk-in centres provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses seven days a week. You do not need an appointment and will be seen by an experienced NHS nurse.
